How much does shipping cost?
We will inform you on the amount once your package has been sent. It hardly ever goes above 8.00 euros for domestic orders. For international orders, we will email you with the amount before we send your order.
What are my shipping options?
For the time being, we find the Greek postal service the most efficient, reliable and cheaper way to send your order.International orders are always sent registered.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders usually take around 3-5 working days from the day we sent it. We try and have orders at the post office up to a maximum of 3 days after we received your order online
International orders take from 5-10 working days depending on the country.
I live in another country and I haven’t received my order yet! What can I do?
Unfortunately, once we have sent your package it is not our responsibility.
What happens if my package has been damaged/lost through the post?
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the postal service.
How can I cancel my order?
Providing we have not sent the package to you already you can email us at info@venerateindustries.com with the subject: Cancel My Order, including in the message your name and items ordered and we will get back to you to confirm. If you did not get back to us in time then you must return it to us. Please read the Returns Policy that applies.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. There are a few rules and exceptions to this policy, they are as follows:
1) You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
2) Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't wear the shirt, open the cellophane outer package of the CD, let your cat sleep on the hoodie, etc.
3) Exchanges are handled just like returns. In other words, simply return the item(s) you don't want and place a new order for the item(s) you do want.
Once we receive your return we will refund you for the price of the merchandise. Remember, you must pay for return shipping costs and the shipping costs for your new order.
All goods that are returned to Venerate Industries are the responsibility of the customer and you may wish to send goods by registered post. We are not liable for goods that do not reach us.
